Privacy Policy

The short version is that we collect your personal information only for the purposes of responding to your messages, processing your transactions, sending you your purchases, and following-up on those purchases. We'll only send you additional messages or information if you ask us to do so and we'd never share your information with anybody else without your permission.

Earth Aid Group Buys are operated in partnership with iPurchasePower, Inc. For the purposes of these Group Buys, both Earth Aid Enterprises and iPurchasePower, Inc. abide by the privacy policy detailed on this page.

If you have been referred to Earth Aid by one of our not-for-profit organizational partners, we may share information about your purchase with the not-for-profit organization that referred you - nobody else.

Shipping Policy

The short version is that we'll usually ship you the products you've purchased within one business day. If we can't ship your products within this time frame for whatever reason, we'll do our best to let you know about it.

Shipping rates for addresses in the United States or Canada are calculated during checkout on the basis of the distance of the destination and the estimated weight of the package.

At this time, the offer of flat-rate shipping for Earth Aid Kit™ purchases is valid only for shipping to addresses within the continental United States.

Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

The short version is that if it's broke, we'll make sure we fix it. If you decide for some reason that you do not want a working but unopened item, we will accept your return and refund you the price you paid for the item so long as we receive your return within 14 days of your order.

Please note that if your original order reached the threshold to receive both discounted Earth Aid Kit prices and the Earth Aid Kit flat shipping charge and your return will bring your original order short of the Earth Aid Kit threshold, your refund will be calculated on the basis of the non-Earth Aid Kit prices and shipping rate you would have paid had you not originally ordered the returned item.

If your order arrives incomplete or damaged in any way, we will make every effort to speedily resolve the situation. However, we do require that you report any such incident within 21 days of shipment.
